04 Domestic violence and the voice of the child with Áine Costello and Sarah Rush

Ms. Áine Costello is National coordinator for the Childhood Domestic Abuse Project at Barnardos and Ms. Sarah Rush is Child and Youth Participation project worker at Barnardos.

Áine and Sarah talk about the following on the podcast:

1. Raise awareness of child and young people as victims of domestic violence in their own right
2. Raise awareness of the impact of domestic violence and coercive control on the child
3. How healthcare professionals can recognise and support children and young people and their families experiencing domestic violence and coercive control
